Frequent Nighttime Urination - Nocturia

A Phase III Randomized, Double Blind, Placebo Control, Multicenter Study to Investigate the Efficacy and Safety of SER 120 Nasal Spray Formulation in Patients with Nocturia

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Male or Female, 50 years of age or older
  • Nocturia 2 times nightly or greater for at least 6 months duration

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Incontinence
  • Diabetes
  • CHF
  • Urinary Retention
  • Uncontrolled Hypertension
  • Urologic Malignancy
  • Interstitial Cystitis, Bladder stones, current UTI
  • Restless Leg Syndrome
  • Obstructive Sleep Apnea
  • Substance Abuse
  • Blood donation within 90 days
  • Smoking within one year
