Newly Diagnosed Mantle Cell Lymphoma who are not eligible for a bone marrow transplant.

Newly Diagnosed Mantle Cell Lymphoma who are not eligible for a bone marrow transplant.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • 18 + years of age,
  • diagnosis of MCL, at least 1 measurable site of disease, not eligible or not considered for bone marrow transplantation

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Prior treatment with VELCADE, major surgery with 2 weeks before randomization, peripheral neuropathy or neuropathic pain, diagnosed or treated for a malignancy other than MCL within 1 year of randomization
