Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

First-line induction and maintenance therapy for the treatment of patients with Stage IV NSCLC

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Must have a histologic or cytologic diagnosis of advance NSCLC, may not have received any prior systemic chemotherapy, 18 + years of age

Patient Exclusion Criteria:

  • Have a known central nervous system disease, other than treated brain metastasis, had a major surgical procedure, is currently receiving ongoing treatment with full-dose warfarin, have inadequately controlled hypertension.
