A 28 day study evaluating the safety of ragweed (ambrosia artemisiifolia) soblingual tablet in adult subjects 50 years old or older with ragweed induced rhinoconjunctivitis.
This research study is to evaluate the safety of ragweed (ambrosia artemisiifolia) sublingual tablet in adult subjects with or without asthma and ragweed induced allergy.
Patient Inclusion Critieria:
- 50 or older
- Ragweed allergy of 2 years or more
- Positive skin test
Patient Exclusion Criteria:
- Asthma that requires ICS or maintenance
- Use of anti-allergy medications during study
- History of chronic urticaria or angioedema
- Anaphylaxis with cardiorespiratory symptoms
- Current severe atopic dermatitis
