Birth Control Study
Tired of Monthly Periods?
We are conducting a study on an investigational birth control pill that reduced periods to 4 per year - every 3 months instead of every month. The study involves 10 visits to our research center over the course of 1 year. Qualified participants will receive study-related gynecological exams and the investigational birth control pill free of charge. Compensation for time and travel is available up to $350.
Patients Included:
- Age 18-40
- Healthy
- Sexually active
- Regular menstrual cycle
- Women of ALL SIZES are welcome in this study!
Patients Excluded:
- Irregular menstrual cycle
- Breastfeeding
- Pregnant or planning pregnancy within the next 14 months
- Problems using oral contraceptives in the past
- Smokers over the age of 34
- Use of Depo-Provera (R) within the last 10 months
- Termination of pregnancy within the last 3 months
- Currently in another research study
