A Phase I, Multi-Center, Open Label Dosimetry Study of I-131-CLR1404 in Patients with Relapsed or Refractory Advanced Solid Tumors who have Failed Standard Therapy or for Whom No Standard Therapy Exists
You are eligible to participate in this research study because you have been diagnosed with an advanced cancer. This research is being done to help us understand how I-131-CLR1404, the study drug, circulates in the body, how much radiation is delivered to the normal organs of the body, and how much of the study drug clears out of the body through the kidneys and bladder. Your treatment and monitoring on this study is expected to last for 42 days.
