Feasibility and Efficacy of a Stress Reduction Intervention for Enhancing Treatment Outcome for Depressed Minority Patients
Are you feeling depressed? Stressed? If you are an adult from the ages of 18 to 75 and are a member of a racial or ethnic minority group, you may be eligible for a research study of a stress-lowering therapy at the Massachusetts General Hospital.
The study will include a thorough psychiatric evaluation, six individual weekly treatment sessions, and two additional study visits over 10 weeks. Eligible subjects will receive study visits and treatment sessions at no cost.
