A Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Trial of Effects of Transdermal Nicotine
on Cognitive Function in Non-smokers With and Without Schizophrenia
Are you or someone you know diagnosed with Schizophrenia? If so, the MGH Schizophrenia Research Program has several opportunities to participate in smoking cessation, memory, concentration, and brain imaging studies.
Requirements for participation:
Ages 18-64
Diagnosed with Schizophrenia
On stable antipsychotic medication for at least one month
Have not smoked for 3 months
Payment for participation up to $200, plus travel reimbursement.
