COPD?
COPD causes coughing, shortness of breath, and prevents people from a full and active life. this research study will evaluate the effectiveness and safety of 2 doses of an investigational product designed to reduce COPD symptoms and improve quality of life.

Examples of exclusion criteria:
- Uncontrolled or unstable medical conditions.
- Use of prohibited medications.
