Trial Information
Infants and toddlers with asthma symptoms (coughing, wheezing, shortness of breath).
A safety, efficacy, and tolerability study of daily dosing with levalbuterol tartrate HFA MDI and placebo in subjects aged birth to <48 mom with asthma.
Patient Inclusion Criteria:
- Subjects aged 0 to less than 48 months with asthma.
- Subject parents or legal guardian able and willing to comply with the study procedures and visit schedule.
Patient Exclusion Criteria:
- Subject with cystic fibrosis.
- Subject who was born prematurely, defined as less than 38 weeks gestational age at birth, and is less than 1 year of age.
