New Investigational Medication for Alzheimer’s disease
A 52-week, multi-center, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel group study in patients with mild Alzheimer’s disease (AD) to investigate the safety and tolerability of repeated subcutaneous injections of CAD106.
This is a one year placebo-controlled study evaluating SQ injections of a vaccine for patients with mild Alzheimer’s.
Major Inclusion/ Exclusion Criteria:
- Ages 40-85 years inclusive
- MMSE 20-26 inclusive
- More than 2 cerebral micro-hemorrhages on MRI will exclude the patient
