Cervical Dystonia - Patient Registry for Observation of BOTOX® - Adults
Adults with Cervical Dystonia are asked to participate in a research study being conducted by Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
You may be eligible to participate in this study if you:
- Have a diagnosis of Cervical Dystonia
- Are new to Botulinum Toxin Therapy or have not received treatment within the last 16 weeks
- Are capable of following study instructions and completing all required study activities
You may not participate in this study if you:
- Are planning elective surgery during the observational study period
- Are a female pregnant, nursing or planning a pregnancy
- Are unable to comply with medical treatment or study activities
