Do you have Glaucoma or Ocular Hypertension?

This a study of the effects of Artificial Tears Preserved with Benzalkonium Chloride (AT-BAK) on the responsed to the Latanoprost Punctal Plug Delivery System in subjects with Ocular Hypertension or Open Angle Glaucoma

Inclusion Criteria

• 18 years of age or older
• Best corrective visual acuity of 20/100 or better
• Diagnosed with bilateral open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. May be treatment naive or managed with up to 2 medications.

Exclusion Criteria

• Advanced glaucoma
• Known hypersensitivity to latanoprost or fluorescein
• History of non-response to topical prostaglandin treatment of ocular hypertension or open angle glaucoma
• Have dry eye requiring chronic topical artificial tears, lubricants, and/ Restasis
• Ectropion or entropion
• Previous ocular surgery for glaucoma within the past 3 months for laser surgeries or within the past 6 months for conventional surgeries
• Have had cataract surgery within the last 3 months or will require cataract surgery before completion of trial.
• History of macular edema
• History of chronic or recurrent inflammatory eye disease
• Advanced diabetic retinopathy, branch retinal vein occlusion or central retinal vein occlusion.
• History of dacryocystitis
• Uncontrolled systemic disease
