Overactive Bladder study- (DR-OXY-301)

The purpose of this research is to study the safety and effectiveness of an experimental vaginal ring that administers a medication called oxybutynin in subjects with an overactive bladder who have symptoms of pure or predominantly urge incontinence, urgency and frequency. We will be evaluating the safety and effectiveness of two doses of DR-3001 vs placebo taken for 12 weeks. Patients will be randomly assigned to one of 3 vaginal rings, 4mg ring, 6 mg ring, or placebo ring. We are looking for woman 18 and older with a history and presentation consistent with pure or predominantly urge incontinence for 6months or longer.

Duration of study: 5 months with 6 visits.
