Trial Information

Asthma patients needed for clinical research study.

A phase 2 trial for moderate to severe asthmatics to assess the safety and efficacy of Combivent CFC MDI to Albuterol HFA MDI followed by a 4 week treatment phase with Combivent delivered by a novel dry inhaler for symptom relief. Patients will remain on their maintenance asthma medications and use the trial supplied medication as rescue medication on an as needed basis.

Inclusion:

• Male and Female Patients Age 18 and Older
• Continuous Use of Inhaled Corticosteroid with or without Long Acting Beta Agonist

Exclusion:

• History of a Life Threatening Asthma Attack
• Current or Ex Smoker Who Does Not Have 1 Year Cessation History
• Pregnancy
