M06-826 - A Multicenter, Randomized, Double-blind, Placebo-controlled Study of the Human Anti-TNF Monoclonal Antibody Adalimumab for the Induction of Clinical Remission in Subjects with Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of two dosing groups of adakimumab for treatment of moderately to severely active colitis.

Patient Inclusion Criteria:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Currently experiencing moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis
  • Be willing to have up to three endoscopies

Patient Exclusion Criteria: Any surgery or procedure performed for ulcerative colitis
