Phase 1 study of the Litx BPH System in patients with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) due to benign prostatic hyperplasia
Eligible patients will be enrolled into one of the two Litx treatment cohorts (A or B). Patients will undergo the procedure of Litx BPH Device placement into the prostate urethra.
Inclusion Criteria:
Males, 50 years or older who are on alpha blocker. Moderate to secer BPH bother score > 3. An IPSSs score of > 15.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with an active urinary tract infection, evidence or history of prostate or bladder cancer.
