Art Therapy Interventions with Caregivers Supporting Pediatric Patients who are Undergoing Bone Marrow Transplantation for Cancer
You have been asked to participate in this research study because you are a family caregiver of a pediatric cancer patient undergoing a bone marrow transplant (BMT). The purpose of this study is to explore the use of art therapy as an intervention for the reduction of emotional distress in family caregivers of pediatric BMT patients. Another purpose is to determine the quality of life of subjects receiving art therapy. Your participation in this study is expected to last six weeks.
