Erectile Dysfunction

This is a Phase 3 randomized, double-blind placebo controlled study to evaluate the safety and efficacy a study drug in treatment of ED in patients with diabetes. The study consists of 16 weeks with 5 office visits. You will be compensated for your time and travel upon completion of study.

Patient Inclusion Criteria

  • Male 18 and older
  • Have diabetes I or II, use of antidiabetic medications
  • 6 month history of mild to sever ED
  • Must be in a monogamous, heterosexual relationship for at least 3 months.

Patient Inclusion Criteria

  • Previous or current antiandrogen therapy
  • Untreated hypogonadism or testosterone <325
  • Uncontrolled hypertension
  • MI, Stroke, within the past 6 months
  • Positive STD, HIV, or HVC
  • Participation in another investicagational study within 30 days
