Trial Information

Mild to severe erectile dysfunction

The study is to determine the safety and efficacy of a drug in men with mild to severe erectile dyfunction

Patient Inclusion Criteria

  • Males 18 years or older and able to give informed consent
  • Minimum of 6 month history of mild to severe erectile dysfunction
  • Patient is monogamous, heterosexual relationship for at least 3 months
  • Patient agrees to make at least 4 attempts at intercourse per month

Patient Exclusion Criteria

  • Previous or current antiandrogen therapy
  • Penile implant
  • History of Type 1 or 2 Diabetes
  • Uncontrolled hypertension or history of hypotension
