Trial Information
Mild to severe erectile dysfunction
The study is to determine the safety and efficacy of a drug in men with mild to severe erectile dyfunction
Patient Inclusion Criteria
- Males 18 years or older and able to give informed consent
- Minimum of 6 month history of mild to severe erectile dysfunction
- Patient is monogamous, heterosexual relationship for at least 3 months
- Patient agrees to make at least 4 attempts at intercourse per month
Patient Exclusion Criteria
- Previous or current antiandrogen therapy
- Penile implant
- History of Type 1 or 2 Diabetes
- Uncontrolled hypertension or history of hypotension
