A randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled, parallel group study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of XXXX at a target dosage of 200 mg a day as a treatment for adults with excessive sleepiness associated with obstructive sleep apnea/Hypopnea Syndrome with comorbid Major Depressive Disorder or Dysthymic Disorder.
