Symptomatic Neurogenic Orthostatic Hypotension (NOH)
The purpose of this study is to see if the study drug can relieve the symptoms of NOH and whether it causes any side effects with people who have symptomatic NOH.
Study drug and study procedures will be made available to you at no cost.
To qualify, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Diagnosed with orthostatic hypotension
You will not qualify if you:
- Are pregnant or breast-feeding
- Taking ephedrine or midodrine
- Taking anti-hypertensive medication
- History of closed angle glaucoma
- Have diabetes mellitus or insipidus
