Trial Information

Long Term Follow Up after Prostate Cancer

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you were diagnosed with localized prostate cancer at least one year ago and the cancer is either not currently present or in a stable state and has never recurred, progressed, or metastasized (spread beyond the area of the prostate gland). Additionally, you were at least 22 years of age at the time of diagnosis and you received surgical treatment at City of Hope.  The purpose of this study is to establish comprehensive long-term follow-up care for prostate cancer survivors at the City of Hope.  Another purpose of this study is to describe long-term complications related to psychosocial and physical functions experienced by prostate cancer survivors.  Your participation in this study is expected to last as long as you continue to be followed in the Prostate Cancer Long-Term Follow-Up Program at City of Hope.
