Trial Information

A Phase I Study of De-Immunized DI-Leu16-IL2 Immunocytokine in Patients with B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you have B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has relapsed (returned) or progressed (become worse) after standard therapy. The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the investigational agent DI-Leu16-IL2 that can be given without causing unmanageable side effects. Studies will also be done to evaluate the effects of DI-Leu16-IL2 on the immune system and what immune reactions it causes. A series of blood tests will be done to see how long the drug stays in the body. Standard imaging scans will be done to see the effect of DI-Leu16-IL2 on the size of lymphomas. Participation on this study involves receiving a 4-week cycle of treatment and 2-3 week follow-up (6-7 weeks total for one cycle). If you are not experiencing unmanageable side effects, you might be eligible for a second cycle of treatment and follow-up for a total of 12-14 weeks of participation.
