A Phase I Study of De-Immunized DI-Leu16-IL2 Immunocytokine in Patients with B-Cell Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma

You have been asked to participate in this research study because you have B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma that has relapsed (returned) or progressed (became worse) after an autologous stem cell transplant. The purpose of this study is to find the highest dose of the experimental agent DI-Leu16-IL2 that can be given without causing unmanageable side effects. Studies will also be done to evaluate the effects of DI-Leu16-IL2 on the immune system and what immune reactions it causes. A series of blood tests will be done to see how long the drug stays in the body. Standard imaging scans will be done to see the effect of DI-Leu 16-IL2 on the size of lymphomas. Participation on this study involves receiving a 6-week cycle of treatment and 2-week follow-up (8 weeks). If you are not experiencing unmanageable side effects, you might be eligible for a second cycle of treatment and follow-up for a total of 16 weeks of participation.
