NMDP 2002-0063: Research Database for Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Marrow Toxic Injuries

You have/your child has been asked to participate in this research study because you are/your child is scheduled to receive an unrelated donor bone marrow, blood stem cell, or cord blood transplant facilitated by the National Marrow Donor Programâ (NMDP).  The purpose of this study is to collect demographic, and medical information on recipients of an unrelated donor marrow, blood stem cell or cord blood transplant for a research database.  Your/your child’s participation in this study is expected to last indefinitely, as information will be obtained from your medical records throughout your/your child’s lifetime.
