Long Term Follow-up Clinic for Survivors of Childhood Cancer

 You have/your child has been asked to participate in this research study because you are/your child is a survivor of childhood cancer and have/has been off treatment for at least 2 years and are/is at least 5 years from the initial diagnosis of cancer.  The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of a program of comprehensive, long-term, follow-up care for childhood cancer survivors.  This program will be evaluated for its ability to identify complications of childhood cancer therapy, to develop treatments or preventive measures for these complications, and to develop interventions aimed at improving the quality of life in childhood cancer survivors.  Your/your child’s participation in this study is expected to last as long as you/your child continue/s to be followed in the Long-Term Follow-Up Clinic at City of Hope.
