Lung & Breathing: Research Study on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
The faculty and staff of the University of Kentucky Academic
Medical Center Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep
Medicine are seeking volunteers to participate in a lung research
study.
You may be eligible to participate if you:
- have been diagnosed with moderate to severe Chronic Obstructive
Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and are:
- at least 40 years of age
Dennis E. Doherty, M.D., Professor of Pulmonary, Critical Care,
and Sleep Medicine, will be the investigator for this study.
Qualified participants will receive, at no cost, study-related care
medications and, if applicable, compensation for time. To find out
