Trial Information
Mild, Moderate, and Severe Kidney Impairment
The purpose of this study is to determine how the
investigational medication is absorbed, changed, and removed from
the body in volunteers with diabetes and mild, moderate, or severe
kidney impairment. Information regarding saftety and side effects
will be collected. This study is for research purposes only and is
not intended to treat your kidney impairment.
- Qualified participants will receive study related physical
exams, laboratory tests, and compensation up to $2000 for time and
travel
To qualify participants must be:
- 18 to 85 years old
- Diagnosed with kidney impairment and have diabetes
- Able to attend two 4 day / 3 night stays in our research
dormitory and 13 outpatient visits
Patient Exclusion Criteria:
- Subjects that have not been diagnosed with kidney
disease.
