COG 4941L: National Wilms Tumor Late Effects Study

Subjects Under the age of 18 - You have/Your child has been asked to participate in this research study because you/your child had a Wilms tumor and have completed therapy for the tumor. The purpose of this research study is to learn more about the possible causes of Wilms tumor and the effects of successful treatment.  Your/Your child’s participation in this research study will last throughout your/your child’s lifetime.  Follow-up information will be obtained on your/your child’s health status on an annual basis.

 

Subject 18 years of age and older - You have been asked to participate in this research study because you had a Wilms tumor and have completed therapy for the tumor. The purpose of this research study is to learn more about the possible causes of Wilms tumor and the effects of successful treatment.  Your participation in this research study will last throughout your lifetime.  Follow-up information will be obtained on your health status on an annual basis.
