Long-Term Follow-Up Following Bone Marrow Transplantation: Core C of the Program Project Grant (P01 CA30206), Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation for Hematologic Malignancies

You/your child have/has been asked to participate in this research study because you/your child are/is undergoing/ or have/has undergone a hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HCT) at the City of Hope. The purpose of this study is to follow patients for life and record any possible long-term complications identified as part of routine follow-up. Your/your child’s participation in this study is expected to last for life.
