A Phase 2, Randomized, Multicenter, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind , Dose-Ranging Clinical Trial To Study The Efficacy And Safety of 5, 15 or 25mg/day CyPat (Cyproterone Acetate) for the Treatment of Hot Flashes Following Surgical or Medical Castration of Prostate Cancer Patients

  • Suddenly feeling hot or feverish
  • Excessive sweating
  • Flushed cheeks

Prostate Cancer and Hot Flashes
We are conducting a research study for men experiencing hot flashes as a result of prostate cancer treatment. This study will evaluate an investigational medication to see if it is effective in reducing the frequency and severity of hot flash occurrences.

You may qualify if you:

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and received treatment
  • Have been experiencing hot flashes on a regular basis for the past month

Qualified participants will receive all study related care at no cost, including doctor visits, laboratory services and investigational study medication.
