A Phase 3, Randomized, Open-label Study Evaluating DN-101 in Combination with Docetaxel in Androgen Independent Prostate Cancer (AIPC) (ASCENT2)
ASCENT-2 Clinical Trial
For men with advanced prostate cancer
Now enrolling!
Ascent-2 is a study for men with metastatic prostate cancer and
for whom treatment with hormone therapy has stopped working. This
Phase 3 trial is testing an investigational drug called DN-101 in
combination with the chemotherapy drug Taxotere and comparing it to
the currently approved regimen of Taxotere plus prednisone.
Enrollment is now taking place at study sites in the US and
Canada.
