Safety and Efficacy of Two Doses of ATIR101 a T-lymphocyte Enriched Leukocyte Preparation Depleted of Host Alloreactive T-cells in Patients With a Hematologic Malignancy Who Received a Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation From a Haploidentical Donor

Study CR-AIR-008 is an exploratory, open-label, multicenter study. After signing informed consent, patients will receive a hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) from a related, haploidentical donor, followed by a first ATIR101 infusion at a dose of 210E6 viable T-cells/kg between 28 and 32 days after the HSCT. Patients will receive ...

Phase

Phase 1-2 Study of ASTX660 in Subjects With Advanced Solid Tumors and Lymphomas

ASTX660 is a synthetic small molecule dual antagonist of cellular inhibitor of apoptosis protein (cIAP) 1 and X-linked inhibitor of apoptosis protein (XIAP) that has been shown to have potent proapoptotic and tumor growth inhibitory activity in nonclinical models. ASTX660 has not been previously evaluated in human subjects. The Phase ...

Phase

Brentuximab Vedotin Plus AD in Non-bulky Limited Stage Hodgkin Lymphoma

This research study is a Phase II clinical trial. Phase II clinical trials test the safety and effectiveness of an investigational intervention to learn whether the intervention works in treating a specific disease. "Investigational" means that the intervention is being studied. It also means that the FDA (the U.S. Food ...

A Study of CC-122 to Assess the Safety and Tolerability in Japanese Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL)

This is a phase 1, multicenter, open-label, dose-escalation study that will evaluate the safety, tolerability, (Pharmacokinetics) PK, and preliminary efficacy of CC-122 in Japanese subjects with advanced solid tumors or Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL). Subjects will receive ascending dose levels of CC-122 from Cycle 1 onwards to measure PK and to ...

Phase

Re-Induction Therapy for Relapsed Pediatric T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or Lymphoma

This is a study of re-induction therapy that will comprise of three blocks of multi-agent chemotherapy. CR will be evaluated following each block of therapy. All patients will be candidates for hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) once they achieve negative minimal residual disease (MRD). If patients cannot proceed to HSCT ...

Endostar Aggressive Treatment of Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma (PTCL) Phase II Clinical Study

Endostar is a conventional drug for treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, nowadays,Endostar has been used in a variety of extra-pulmonary tumor treatment in clinical. Some basic experiments and clinical researchs confirm that Endostar can restitute the tumor stability after cyclophosphamide or rituximab treatment. The aim of this study is ...

Phase

Phase I/II Trial of Alectinib and Bevacizumab in Patients With Advanced Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase (ALK)-Positive Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

This is a Phase I/II clinical trial. A Phase I clinical trial tests the safety of an investigational intervention and also tries to define the appropriate dose(s) of the investigational intervention to use for further studies. Phase II clinical trials test the safety and effectiveness of an investigational intervention to ...
