This study will evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics and effectiveness of a single dose of 600 mg IV peramivir in the treatment of elderly subjects with acute uncomplicated influenza infection and in subjects with acute uncomplicated influenza infection at higher risk for influenza complications.
