Genetic Abnormalities and Biological Changes of Panic Disorder Patients After Pharmacotherapy

We plan to examine genetic polymorphism of catechol-O-methyltransferase in panic disorder and neurobiological changes of panic disorder patients after 12 weeks of pharmacotherapy with paroxetine.
