Determine Minimum Amount of Allergen From D. Pteronyssinus and D. Farinae Extract That Produces Positive Skin Reaction


Brief description of study

The main objective is to assess the concentration of extract allergen of Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides farinae causing a papula of a size equivalent to that produced by a solution of dihydrochloride of histamine to 10 mgml.

Detailed Study Description

Single open non-randomised controlled study. The subjects will receive medication during 1 hour and will not need to be followed up.
