Detailed Study Description

You are being asked to take part in this study because you have been diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease (CD). The purpose of this research study is to determine whether CROWN, an orally administered nutritional intervention and the study product under investigation works (is effective) to help improve your bowel health when combined with usual medical care, called Standard of Care (SOC).
